When you come across someone in a company that is clearly “customer-focused” it is so easy and refreshing to do business with that company.  That was my recent experience working for the first time with Dawn at Hillside Signs.  From my first email inquiry full of questions until the order was produced and shipped, Dawn was eager to answer every question I had and provide samples and costs in a very timely manner.  Five stars are not enough … more like 100 to this outstanding vendor.
