How do I get my logo on the badges?

With our new digital process it is simpler and less expensive.  Just email us your high resolution logo in Pdf..jpeg, .eps, .gif, or .bmp format.  If you prefer black & white, send it in black & white.    There is a one time charge of $20.00 (in house)  $30 (done by our Supplier) for each logo. "Out of house" logos require 14-21 days. Some colors, or types of logo detail, may require a different process . So then would require our supplier apply the logo. No fee to apply the same logo  on future orders (with same logo and setup)

300dpi, or larger, files for best detail.

We produce your badges using a high quality dye-sublimation printing process (Thermal) and then overlay a clear coat to protect the badge further.

What is the difference between steel and aluminum badges?

They are the same price and look exactly the same.  Aluminum badges are lighter.  They will not rust, which occurs most often in areas near salt water or maintenance shops where oils, chemicals, etc. are being used.  Also, employees that work outside in hot weather may have this problem.  Steel may be slightly more durable and is still more popular but many people are switching to aluminum.

How do magnectic badges work?

The magnet goes behind your blouse or shirt and the badge outside, thus no holes in your blouse or shirt.

Magnetic badges should be kept away from pacemakers.

Magnets are coated in plastic.

Can I see what my badges will look like?

Yes, in most cases, if you email us your logo, we can set up a badge,
take a picture of it and email it back to you for approval.

How should I send my logo artwork?

To print your logo with the best quality a minimum of 300 dpi (dots per inch) print the clearest. The larger the logo and the more dpi you can send, the better. Please send as a .jpg .png or .bmp file. Just email your logo to: Dawn@HillsideSigns.com.

How long does it take to get my badges?

The usual shipping method is US Mail.  We typically ship  orders  within 2 days. Please allow 4-6 days for your badges to arrive (after we confirm they have shipped). We will ship via USPS, Priority or Express  overnight Mail upon request .

How can I get my order confirmed?

If you give me your Email address I will confirm your order when it is completed via Email.  If you do not have Email please call if you need confirmation.

How am I billed?
